Sodium Trihydrogen-1,4-Benzenediphosphonate: An Extended Coordination Network

Crystals of sodium trihydrogen-1,4-benzenediphosphonate, Na[H3bdp], were prepared from the addition of aqueous sodium hydroxide to an acidified solution of 1,4-benzenediphosphonic acid (H4bdp).
