Legal Implications of MDGs in Library Sustainability in the 21st Century

This paper looks at those factors that would enhance role of the library in bringing about the attainment of the 2nd millennium development goal in Nigeria as well as the legal implications of the non-achievement of Universal primary education and the probable consequences for the Nigerian society, the conclusion and recommendations are suggested to address the challenges identified.
